Terms of service

By creating an account or using KeyRally ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a team or brokerage, you confirm you can bind that business.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for real estate work. You remain responsible for following your brokerage policies, your license rules, and any MLS or association agreements you are under.

KeyRally reads documents, extracts data, tracks deadlines, and drafts text for you to review. That is assistance, not advice.

We are not a law firm, a title company, a lender or a broker. Nothing the service produces is legal, tax, or financial advice, and AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are the licensed professional: check the contract, check the dates, and get a lawyer when a deal needs one.

Deadline tracking is a tool, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for meeting the dates in your contracts.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if an account is compromised. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

Seats on team and brokerage plans are for named people. Sharing one login across an office is not a seat.

You own everything you upload and everything you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you - including sending document contents to our AI provider to produce the read you asked for.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including contracts and client details, and to send the messages you send through the service.

We do not sell your content, do not show it to your broker, and do not use it to train models.

• Do not upload documents you have no right to handle.
• Do not send texts or emails to people who have not agreed to hear from you. Text updates require a client opt-in, and you are responsible for consent and any messaging rules that apply to you.
• Do not resell the service, scrape it, or use its output to build a competing product.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, discriminatory, or in breach of fair housing rules.

We can suspend an account that puts other users, our providers, or the service itself at risk.

QuantumLoop Labs LLC uses its registered FieldTempo messaging Brand for KeyRally text updates. An agent may enable texts for a client only after the client gives verbal or written permission and the agent records that consent. Texts cover deal status, milestones and deadline updates; message frequency varies with the transaction. Consent to texts is not required to buy or use the service.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts or HELP for assistance. A client can also ask their agent to turn off text updates. For help, contact support@quantumlooplabs.com.

The free plan gives you one active deal at a time, with no card required. Paid plans - Solo, Team and Brokerage - are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually. Annual is charged once for the year at ten months of the monthly price.

A per-deal credit costs $19, is charged once, and does not expire. Credits are consumed when you open a deal past your plan limit and are not refundable after that.

Team plans include 5 seats and Brokerage plans 25, counting the organization owner. There is no per-seat overage billing: once every seat is taken by a member or a pending invite, new invites are refused until a seat frees up.

Cancel any time from the billing page. You keep paid access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live says otherwise. Switching plans is prorated by Stripe.

When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the free plan: your deals, documents and extractions stay readable, and you can open a new deal again once you are within the free limit or buy a credit.

Prices can change. If they do, we will give you notice before the change hits your next renewal.

The service runs on providers named in the privacy policy - among them Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Render, Netlify and Vercel, our email provider, Twilio, fal.ai, ATTOM and Sentry. Their processing is governed by their own terms.

Some features depend on configuration or a provider being available: text updates need texting enabled for your account, photo tools need the image provider configured, and property data depends on what the data provider has for that address. Where a provider is unavailable, the app tells you rather than failing silently.

We work to keep the service up and improve it continuously, which means features change. We do not promise a specific uptime figure, and we may take the service down for maintenance.

If we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice in the app.

You can close your account at any time. We can end or suspend an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse.

After closure you can ask us for a copy of your data before it is removed. See the privacy policy for retention timelines.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, missed deadlines, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limits above apply only as far as that state permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If these terms change materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
