Why KeyRally exists
A residential purchase contract packs its dates and conditions into small print, and each one starts a clock. Miss an inspection or financing deadline and a client can lose the protection that contingency gave them.
A summary helps once. A deal needs more: the dates on your calendar, a reminder before each one is due, and the terms on hand for every question that comes up before closing.
KeyRally does that. It reads the contract, flags risky clauses with the clause and page, turns day counts into dates and keeps track of them until closing. The client portal, the negotiation tools and net sheets all work from that same deal.
How we build it
Count dates the way contracts do
Deadlines that land on a weekend or federal holiday roll to the next business day, and Florida's short periods count business days, as the FAR/BAR contract does.
Say what it doesn't do
The help guides inside the app list the limits plainly, down to the settings that don't exist yet, so you know what to check yourself.
Your contracts stay yours
Private storage, row-level security on every table, and an AI provider whose commercial terms don't use API inputs for training.
